The Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Construction, Mr Mohammed Abdulai, the construction partner of Liberian government’s 14 Military housing project has pledged his company’s commitment to ensuring value for money for patrons of the city project.
Mr Abdulai gave the assurance when the President of Liberia, His Excellency George Manneh Weah toured the project site on Thursday, October 8, 2020 in Schefflin, Margibi County.
“Even though the project seeks to cater for the affordable housing market, there is provision for high end market; we don’t want to deprive any class of Liberians the opportunity to live in Liberia’s latest address. Our engineers are adhering to globally accepted standards of construction and making sure it reflects in every aspect of the project. Liberia used to be the hub for standards in Africa’s infrastructure development history and we are inspired by that narrative”. Mr Abdulai explained.
During the tour, the Liberian President commended Millennium Construction, the National Housing Authority (NHA) and it partners for the level of work done at the site. He further reiterated that government is succeeding in delivering modern housing projects as part of plans to make Africa’s oldest nation, Liberia prove her worth.
President Weah encouraged Liberians in and outside Liberia to purchase the houses as it is affordable and has been built with quality materials.

The 14 Military City project is a new development; on 800 acres along the Robertsfield highway. It is 5 minutes drive to Liberia’s Capital, Monrovia and 20 minutes drive from Liberia’s Robertsfield International Airport.
