Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah secures employment for North Tongu NABCO beneficiaries

Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency, located in the Volta Region of Ghana, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah, has secured employment for all 97 Nations Builders Corps (NABCO) beneficiaries in his constituency. He announced this via his social media pages on Thursday morning. The 97 NABCO beneficiaries will work the Chinese management of Sinostone Bioethanol Manufacturing Ltd (SBML) at North Tongu.

The Nations Builders Corps (NABCO) programme was initiated by President Akufo Addo’s government in 2018, to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems. It can be recalled that during the presentation of the mid-year budget review by Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, on Monday, July 25, 2022, it was announced that NABCO will be completed by 1st September 2022.
