Minister for Information cum Member of Parliament for Ofoase/Ayirebi Constituency, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has commissioned an new steel bridge on the Asikusie River in the Ofoase/Ayirebi Constituency, located in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah indicated that the new steel bridge will cut travel time, reduce travel cost and bring further relief to the good people in Ofoase/Ayirebi. Present at the commissioning included the Chiefs and people of Anyinase, Adjobue, Otwereso and Asubiase communities who, expressed their appreciation to the MP.
The MP expressed gratitude to Engineer Don Kuubeterzie, Chief Engineer Bridges at the Department of Feeder Roads and his workers who worked assiduously to ensure the successful completion of the project. He further thanked President Akufo-Addo and Roads Minister Amoako Atta for not turning their backs on their needs. Find images of the new steel bridge below:
